REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE 

CooperShore wants to be the best that we can be. We will gladly accept returns for store credit. Your store credit will be issued for the full value of your returned items in form of a gift card and will not expire. Email all return inquiries to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.

You will be eligible for store exchanges, shipping will not be covered. 

Please note all items sent back to us must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, holes, rips or tears. 

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be returned and will not be eligible for store credit.

We reserve the right to reject any return that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

SALE / DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE 

All CooperShore sales and discounted purchases are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for return or store credit. Please don’t hesitate to email us, DM us, chat us before ordering and we will guide you through finding the best size.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Canadian orders will not be charged duties. 

Our shipping rates to the USA are calculated by Canada Post during checkout

CooperShore is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. 

As these fees are not computed nor applied by CooperShore. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.
